What Are The Most Common Anxiety Symptoms

Warning notices for medical and health aspects like  heart attacks or seizures are broadcasted all over worldwide radio these days.  Television and radio ads inform us what to do if we feel light headedness, fainting, numbness, and so on.  However, hardly ever will you hear an advertisement explaining common anxiety symptoms, which is rather lame considering many us go through them and are extremely confused by these symptoms.

Having anxiety symptoms is extremely common in our modern culture, where we get faced with stressful situations on a consistent basis.  Whether it is the panic that we’re off-course in an foreign country or we’re going to be late for a job interview or if the phone rings out of the blue, we all endure panic at some point in our day.  Lots of people on the other hand could experience anxiety symptoms for apparently no reason at all, and may misconstrue the symptoms with the symptoms of getting a cardiac arrest or some alternate medical condition.  People who suffer from panic attacks often confuse these symptoms.

Anxiety symptoms are obviously unique for everyone, and often it’s apparent that they’re just having anxiety – right before speaking in public, when you’re about to marry, when you open your front door and see a couple of thugs standing there; these situations could easily make any of us anxious and nervous!  However for many of us, anxiety symptoms can also include shallow breathing, heart spasms, vommiting, chest pains, irregular breathing, tingling or numbness in the fingers, face, or toes.  Stomach aches, and headaches are not uncommon either.  You can understand how this could easily be confused with a cardiac arrest or asthma or any type of other conditions.

If you get these anxiety symptoms on a regular basis, and particularly if they tend to occur for no reason, you should probably consult with your doctor.  Initially, you might want to eliminate the potential of it being a cardiac arrest or something that serious.  Then, he or she can prescribe pills or therapy that could help you deal with the anxiety symptoms while at the same time working with you to uncover why you’re tense and anxious to begin with.  You might have some chemical abnormalities in the brain or could need to incorporate a few new positive techniques on how to think about stressful situations so that you will be able to side step the start of an anxiety attack before it gets out of control.

I managed to cure my anxiety disorder after years of hassle and pulling my family through the terror with me.  The solution I used was entirely natural, medication-free and did not require expensive therapy – I’m happy to say that I’ve been anxiety free for a few years now, I only wish I had found it years earlier.
